- @sbley @typescriptlang More like a π|π relationship.

- I like how create-react-app handles environment configuration through .env files: https://t.co/WM7qkfdmCS
- @datenreisender Please use a Twitter client that supports polls.
- @haraball I actually did not think about the third variant "front end" ... Good resource!
- @datenreisender Tweetdeck also does not support polls, but there you will see an icon, that this tweet has a poll. This info is available to all clients.
- @datenreisender https://t.co/4jnBKIx5Gb (see entities property)
- @datenreisender I think participating in Polls is not exposed. But the info whether a Tweet has a poll is available
- Another day where I want to shoot #TypeScript: https://t.co/xyFOEQw0Ib
- https://t.co/DMz7xisuWV
- Note that MyClass is a class, not a type. So I would expect that TypeScript catches that I am not return that class but a POJO.
- @untertanaermel @DajanaGuenther The best one I know is from @wealljs: https://t.co/79yitWHwKn
- Board Game Night with the Expats: https://t.co/Fmszn9sECc
- @datenreisender I expect that TS does not compile the above script. Since it does it throws an error to show where I see a problem.
- @datenreisender The implementation of f2 should be invalid.
- Norwegians parenting: https://t.co/Fs4jGlYNcv
- I went for a hike today. Despite the grey sky, Norway did not disappoint once again. π³π΄ https://t.co/mYPFIRHxYD https://t.co/0EIRUjOuRe
- @jurgenappelo Definitely "The Hard Things About Hard Things" by @bhorowitz: https://t.co/qMOK5jJXZ8

- I wonder if it is possible to build a decentralized alternative to https://t.co/u8D7Mv9cGK β¦
- I mean, how can we share structured data, attending info, CfP, news around conferences in a way that makes it easy to discover,
- but does not depend on a central, commercial entity.
- @helloanselm Yes, I was just wondering what tech would be available to achieve that, and if at all. A better lanyrd is definitely an improvement.
- @helloanselm I don't have much hope that they get it together.
- I wrote a post about how to build a professional network if you are early in your career: https://t.co/NXE1edra8i
- @helloanselm Hm, this or https://t.co/5q0ka6Zmai are geared towards 1:1 relationships of content and authors. Content curation is not solved there.
- @helloanselm This needs a way to "announce" structured content, so it can be discovered by consumers.
- @helloanselm We can describe content with https://t.co/SAdeUNvV3z But I have yet to find something for the announcement part.
- @helloanselm Yes, I thought about RSS. But you need to know the URL. How do you find these URLs without Google?
- @helloanselm Sure! To hell with it! https://t.co/Fqo5u52HZx or similar "Gossip Networks" would work. https://t.co/ECs0HZmzbD

- Unfortunately I can't work without a good mouse, so I got a new one. Really like the @LogitechG G502 so far. https://t.co/xvh6qumJju
- Nice! @TryGhost has released their open-source app for Android: https://t.co/jPniGn1WFT https://t.co/GX5xqrVqFl
- @RidingWolf Sorry no, I have a very old (but still awesome) Logitech MX 518. This one has already too many buttons, but the shape is nice, it's heavy
- @RidingWolf (with all customizable weights added) and the scroll wheel is nice.
- @david_losert @LogitechG Unfortunately I have a lot of UI to click every day (in the Browser and in Electron Apps), so unfortunately this wont work ...
- @cgew85 @LogitechG Yes, I wanted to buy that one initially, but I could not find an online store that accepted Bitcoins.

- It seems the 280 character limit for tweets now has been rolled out to everyone. And the number of characters in this tweet is π. https://t.co/jqn5w5c7bn
- @miskaknapek Probably. It makes it also easier to roll out new larger limits later.
- Here is my #JavaScript π§ best practice tip of the day π: Do not execute code in a module without being called. Bootstrapping/configuring of modules must be done in one place π not all around the app π.
- @AzumasLair @codePrincess https://t.co/2eBime3CAt
- @RidingWolf Looks nice, can you bring it to @codefreeze_fi?
- This is awesome! I have so many old repos, one-off things. https://t.co/uyumDTbPrd

- @_kevinatari I don't know, but the combination is great. Go and React and both lightweight tools, great for web/microservices. Redis is also great for Eventsourcing, and if you have Events, React works very well with that. You can go pretty far with this setup.

- @dtanzer @allankellynet @jbrains @johanneslink @berndschiffer @NativeWired @ryyppy It makes sense to have it for products, but for consulting there are way to many factors to make that transparent. I would be careful with offering startup rebates. Not every startup needs c.
- @dtanzer I personally never had the need to do it. And it worked very well because I did have projects w/ startups who paid me partially in IOUs. And contracts with companies for a way higher hourly rate.
- @dtanzer Yes, it's a great way to work with startups. You don't reduce your hourly rate, or give a rebate. You just postpone the payment. If the startup is bankrupt, it's your loss. If they survive for 2 years, they had enough time to save for the money (or are hopefully successful).

- Lets try the new @firefox for a week. I'll reply how it goes. >
- @firefox FF has a profile manager (lile Chrome), but you need to start it from the command line in order to manage multiple profiles: firefox -P I use one work personal browsing and one for work.
- @firefox TweetDeck works!
- @firefox On Linux the No Border window option removes the OS window bar, which gives you more screen real estate. Chrome has this via its own right click menu "Use system titlebar and menu". https://t.co/5WY3nwB88q
- @RealIvanSanchez How do they work?
- Ha, @firefox' container feature lets me have multiple personas within one account, nice! https://t.co/L40hQ4CPEu
- @RealIvanSanchez Still needs an extensions. But it like to have password sync seperate (I use them same services).
- @AnnaMelitta Wir lesen sexististische Kackscheisse wie @InStyleGermany halt nicht.
- @SecuriGC @firefox On Android I am using @firefoxfocus a lot, which is awesome.
- @firefox FF has no window control icons in the tab bar as Chrome has. I can use Alt+F3 to bring up the KDE window manager context menu or drag the window with the mouse to the upper border to maximize it, though. https://t.co/KlEuBZcrWx
- @toggleModal @firefox I know but it has no maximize window button. Fullscreen is something else.
- @toggleModal @firefox Yes.
- When two of my favorite conferences (@codefreeze_fi and @scriptconf) are at the same, I pick the one that has Saunas.
- @toggleModal @firefox How do I do that? I don't find it there: https://t.co/KM1HGfM0tm
- @toggleModal @firefox No, I don't have that. https://t.co/YhRuIm1zOJ
- @toggleModal @firefox I does, but then I have the menu bar. Which is not adding a "maximize window" button
- @toggleModal @firefox Thanks for the help anyway! π
- @toggleModal @firefox Which OS are you using?
- @ddprrt @dtanzer @codefreeze_fi @scriptconf @sebgie Oh, wow. I get back to you about that for Script'19 ;-)
- π https://t.co/c4BX2dsLqh
- @toggleModal @firefox My point is that in Chrome I can hide the window title bar and still get window controls.
- @RidingWolf @codefreeze_fi Why do you have to emphasize the decent? π€
- @RidingWolf @codefreeze_fi If they are like you, all is fine! π€
- After four months in Trondheim I'm flying to Frankfurt π©πͺ today to run some errands. It feels like way more time has passed since I moved to Norway π³π΄ in July.
- Enjoy the 5 minutes this divine feeling lasts. https://t.co/0EQ70mVzud
- @dtanzer How to use Eclipse.
- @dtanzer Which was actually the biggest problem I saw with beginners in my CS class.
- @RidingWolf That is great stuff to work with!
- The only professional certificate you need: https://t.co/hjhhMJIDFA
- @dtanzer Also: how to clear the cache. Not to commit artefacts, ...
- I wonder how ended up on @OspreyPacks European BSB warehouse stock newsletter. Did I by so many of their bags?
- Good explanation why Norwegians are so happy: they're surrounded by nature a lot. π³π΄ π https://t.co/WtiIie9Jjh
- @asciidisco @Maggysche @gr2m did recently ask the same question...
- #Shitphol.
- @clekis I hope you had a better experience ...
- @Lynoure No ;-)
- @firefox Running two profiles at the same time is a bit cumbersome, since there is no UI for that.
- @firefox On Windows I have that! https://t.co/GqjAtKBiGS
- @TanviHacks @FirefoxScout @firefox Thanks, but AFAIK the sync feature is still per-profile. I don't want to have "work" related passwords synched to my "personal" email.
- I also have A LOT women amongst my coworkers! https://t.co/cGQ6wLI07s
- @benjamin do you have a tip for ground coffee to try? I'm in Frankfurt for a week and am on the lookout for a blend that goes well with a lot of milk. https://t.co/lwM5yyy1Uj
- No #gdcr17 for me, but seeing family today, which is a very nice retreat also. For everyone who has the opportunity to participate today, think about this: https://t.co/Qk5p8uxgDZ
- @benjamin @jb_kaffee @hoppplo Thanks! I'm going to Aniis where they have JB, so I'll try them first.
- This is what we did today with our nephew: https://t.co/Dg7K76PEvI
- @gr2m @github Provide ways to add comments, set build status, I do that a lot from CI tools, but through the REST API.
- Ten years ago, Firefox / Mozilla was the best browser: https://t.co/naz8J2D2aJ
- That friendly glow of @NordicTweets hardware in the morning: https://t.co/wMQvJr1lJ4
- @firefox I cannot double-click and select parts of the URL in the search bar, which are separated by slashes. That's a feature I use quite often.
- @firefox The screenshot feature is really awesome!
- The people of Frankfurt and around approve! https://t.co/cOpcK2S5qH
- @c089 Not hard to imagine, especially if multiple shots are fired, which makes the aim travel up.
- One?! https://t.co/hqWPOZb23B
- AWS CloudFront and Lambda@Edge, how do you debug them? I'm stuck: https://t.co/veLxpvvGYm
- @powtac Quick, because that is what BitCoin is?
- @Digitalkapitaen Did you solve it somehow? I could update the source code of the lambda and update the CloudFront config from a script, but this would be a horrible solution.
- @Digitalkapitaen Thing is, I have exactly the same output. So it must be some permission problem.
- @Digitalkapitaen I'm thinking about setting a domain cookie via a secret / admin URL and checking this instead.
- @Digitalkapitaen In my case it's just for a preview system, nothing really secret there.
- @benjamin @jb_kaffee @hoppplo So. Good! https://t.co/lEwT4XyyNN
- @plaugg @powtac https://t.co/obud1mjRnF might float your boat.
- @firefox Where is the spellcheck?!
- You can meet me tonight @dbsystel Agile Roundtable where I'll talk a little bit about Janteloven. #RheinMainRocks
- @SlackHQ can I turn off the "... is typing" notification in the mobile app?
- @SlackHQ π

- @miskaknapek Blos nix mit CDU/CSU und FDP!
- @jschirrmacher Yes! It was nice to see some familiar faces...
- @jplitza @HerrStachel Yes, it's a very simple model ;-)
- @Virtual_Patrick I'm flying back home tomorrow.
- @enzocalzone Janteloven: https://t.co/WlqWIe6Uls

- @dc7590 @kamilleblumm Thanks for having me! I think I'll fork #RheinMainRocks into #TrondheimRocks ... Let's see where that goes ;-)
- My roaming provider in Germany for @chess_no is @o2de and as soon as you are around Frankfurt central station the internet connection drops. It's still the same horrible network service I used to hate in 2012 when I was an O2 customer.
- Thread: π https://t.co/rqaE9DlUBS
- It's easier for a machine to do identify cancer than to do your dirty dishes: https://t.co/7aL87kCdmL
- @miskaknapek @o2de I'm happy with @chess_no ... I have no roaming fees in EU/EΓS at all.
- @miskaknapek @o2de And Nordic pays 250 NOK per Month ;-)
- @jezenthomas Sounds like you should look into which filesystem you are using.
- So nice to be going back home to Trondheim π³π΄ now. I missed it already!
- @haraball From OF to FFM?
- @haraball Nice, if your are longer in the city that really pays off. For my one-day trip I would not have saved, though.
- I went to Germany and told the Germans: this #agile thing you are so crazy about here, is natural for us working in Norway, like @NordicTweets. We value teams over individual achievements, let teams decide what to work on. This creates commitment on all levels. https://t.co/LbotkUksU6
- @haraball @raphaelfyi Barcelona, Paris, London.
- Trondheim π³π΄ here we come! https://t.co/HRoAIWbg4B
- @haraball @raphaelfyi In BCN I pay 1 β¬ per 60 minute ride (if bought on a 10 stripe card). Way cheaper and convenient than day ticket in Frankfurt.
- @rotnroll666 @NordicTweets Thanks!
- We arrive in the Norwegian winter time: Sundown was already at 1500 here in Trondheim π³π΄. https://t.co/MNyBYHIIDH
- @thebihn @NordicTweets Ich glaube du brauchst dann einen anderen Job ;-)
- @AnnaMelitta @NordicTweets Nein, nicht Mal ein Script oder Folien. Ich habe spontan, frei improvisiert.
- @RealIvanSanchez Right, every minute counts!
- @thebihn @NordicTweets Vor allem letzteres.

- Ice is everywhere now. Trondheim's changing weather been rain and snow made for very slippery walks. π³π΄ https://t.co/lqzOcSZWPP
- @tpflug @benjamin Not that I know of. @AlterConf is probably the closest.
- @tpflug @benjamin I would love to attend, although I think the filter bubble factor would be very high there as well.
- @benjamin @tpflug It will be valuable to exchange methods, experiences. But these are often workarounds and hacks for a broken system. And the ones responsible for these systems won't attend (CEOs, Owners, Investors).
- @tpflug @benjamin Right. I'm certain that there is enough demand for a conference that focuses on these topics. It might be that this is just what it needs to make many realize that it's the soft skills that make or break projects.
- @tpflug Most recently I noticed #AgileTD, via @NativeWired
- @wellendonner Try Dixit, it's an awesome, phantastic and introvert friendly board game. https://t.co/cyT9R9obgb
- @firefox Especially on mobile connections FF on Android is way slower compared to Chrome.

- I'm not sorry to say that nothing looks more attention whoring than launching an newsletter signup form for an ICO. https://t.co/XVuCx1E3V6
- For me the sentiment of #paytospeak is that as a speaker, I should pay close attention how accessible it is for other speakers (especially of underrepresented groups, unexperienced, or low income) to be able to speak at a certain conference.
- An important factor to this is also the economic goal of the conference. There are many great conference I'm going to which don't ask for insane ticket prices.
- #PaytoSpeak also is about creating awareness that we limit diversity in speaker panels, because it's very easy to chip in the resources to speak at any given conf as white male with high-income. We are the easy choice for conference organizers. Think about this privilege!
- Harrrrrrdware. Orrrr. Unfortunately there is no #IoT without it ;-)
- @dtanzer Well, a method is just a property on an object. And you can overwrite everything all the time.
- @dtanzer You cannot have two methods with the same name but different signuatures, either.
- @dtanzer One could write an eslint rule that detects it.
