@elonmusk @SpaceXStarlink @9NewsAUS ...or for areas with dense population like refugee camps in southern Europe which often are on outskirts w/o landline and cell coverage, but 1000s of ppl in need of comms for family, medical and legal. Situation makes it hard for orgs like @DistributeAid to concert help efforts.
