@Lazer Kohlrabi (kålrabi in Norwegian), remove the hard outer skin with a veggie peeler and then eat the soft part raw (e.g. in a salad, or mix with cream and dill). Can also be cooked e.g. as vegetarian schnitzel.Reply to 1390595815354339328
