@joschi83 @c089 I'm working on this right now and my solution is to rely on conventions (deployable source is distributed via npm) and configuration inside the "module": https://github.com/nRFCloud/create-token/blob/master/api/iris-api.json

But the knowledge about how to deploy this to production is in another package.
